Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion Announced for Injustice: Gods Among Us

GET OVER HERE! One of Mortal Kombat‘s greatest fighters will be joining Injustice: Gods Among Us.

Since the initial release of Injustice: Gods Among Us two characters have been released to the games roster: Lobo and Batgirl. Now it seems that NetherRealm Studios is switching it up a bit and giving us a face most of us remember from the old arcade games–Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion.

This news has some gamers excited and some conflicted; while Scorpion is a huge character (and arguably my favorite in the Mortal Kombat series), some gamers think that there could have been much better heroes or villains taking place of Scorpion. I love his new Injustice look–I will definitely be playing him. It will be interesting to see how he stacks up against the other fighters in the game.

Check out the trailer below and see what you think! Are you for or against Scorpion being introduced as a DLC? Sound off in the comments below!
