Entertainment Weekly Reveals Ultron on This Weeks Cover
July 16, 2014Also features Avengers alum Captain America and Iron Man.
This Friday, readers will be able to pick up this week’s Entertainment Weekly which features an in-depth look at the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron. Inside the article, Joss Whedon also reveals how Tony Stark will attempt to stay out of the Iron Man armor: by building an android that will take on the task of saving the world so that he and the rest of the Avengers can take some much needed time off — of course, things don’t exactly go according to plan.
[blockquote]”Ultron sees the big picture and he goes, ‘Okay, we need radical change, which will be violent and appalling, in order to make everything better’; he’s not just going ‘Muhaha, soon I’ll rule!'” director Joss Whedon said, “He’s on a mission. He wants to save us.”[/blockquote]
Ultron (played by James Spader via motion capture) quickly determines that the reason there are so many problems is because of one thing: humans. Without them, things would run a lot smoother, he surmises.
