Destiny Community: Fr1sky86

Video games are suppose to be fun, right? When it comes to Fr1sky86 and his Twitch stream, you’d be hard-pressed to find someone having more fun while they stream. Stopping by a Fr1sky86 stream is like a non-stop party, full of laughs, solid gameplay, and actual parties!

In my opinion, the best part about Fr1sky’s stream is that he constantly engages chat, and not just by commenting on what viewers are mentioning. He has several “chat with Fr1sky86” segments, and everyone parties when he gets raided (a streamer sends their viewers to another stream after they stop) by other streamers, or after a donation.

When I think about Fr1sky86’s stream, I think about fun. I am super appreciate that he was able to take some time away from partying to answer some of my questions. Be sure to follow him on Twitch, Twitter, and subscribe to his YouTube channel (links below). Let’s get Fr1sky86 his well-deserved partnership with Twitch!

Q: What got you into streaming?

Honestly, I just wanted to help others. I am an only child so I know what it’s like to not have anyone to play with. I was inspired by a few other streamers in the Destiny Community and when I started I wanted to make a difference by giving people a place they could call home, filled with love and endless friendships. A place they could forget about any problems they may be having, even for just a few minutes. I have been playing video games since I was a kid and now I get to share the love I have for them with my community each and every day.

Q: You stream nearly everyday of the week. How do you maintain that level of passion?

Chat. The love and support that they show me each and every day is how I can easily hit the “Start Streaming” button. It’s quite simple to enjoy playing Destiny and streaming when I have friends and family there with me. They say games are more fun with friends, right? This game isn’t alive because of the content because let’s not kid ourselves, we are in a drought.

It’s amazing because of the Community. Do we all want more? YES! However, believe it or not, the majority of the player base has never completed the raids which is why I continue to do what I do. Help those who want loot to reach max level or to help those who have no idea what’s going on. The bottom line: I just want to help.

Q: You predominately stream Destiny, but what games will we see on your Twitch channel in the future.

Destiny will always be home, always, but recently we have added “Friday Mix-Up” where each Friday (until new Destiny Content) we play a new game on stream. Then once Destiny reaches the “dry” period again, we will bring back the Mix-Up. Those games include, but are not limited to, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Star Wars: Battlefront, The Division, Life Is Strange, Halo 5, Hitman, No Man’s Sky, Bloodborne and Dying Light.

I feel that everyone needs a break. It’s not that I am not enjoying Destiny. I am. I love that game. I just want to enjoy time with my family (chat) where we can just relax and not think as much like we do in raids. I have been told that they (chat) are not in the stream strictly because of Destiny, they are there because of me and the family who is there day in and day out. It truly is a good feeling to know that I could stream just about anything and my family will be there.

Q: Ultimately, what heights would you like your channel to reach?

There are many goals that I want to achieve but the ones that stand out predominately are these:

Helping others! As I said above, I just want to give people a place they can call home. A place they can laugh, love, cry and meet amazing friends. That has always been my number one goal and that will always be the main reason I stream. Always. Even if the channel grows to be the size of Twitch itself.
