There had been longtime mumblings of a reboot of the series with an all-female cast, and now we can confirm the truth.
Meet your new Ghostbusters; Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, Melissa McCarthy, and Kate McKinnon.
Bridesmaids Paul Feig will be directing the reboot. He confirmed that cast by the following tweet:
