Watch The Trailer For John Ainslie’s Creepy Horror Film The Sublet

Black Fawn Films and Breakthrough Entertainment have released a new trailer for their latest collaboration, the upcoming horror movie The Sublet.

Directed by John Ainslie (writer of Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer, Cold Feet), written by Ainslie & Alyson Richards (producer of Guidance) and starring Tianna Nori, (The Demolisher, Clean Break) with Mark Matechuk, Krista Madison (The Dirties, Project Avalanche) and Rachel Sellan (Silent Hill: Revelation 3D). THE SUBLET is a suspense driven psychological-thriller about Joanna, a new mom struggling with postpartum depression and coping with her baby alone in an odd sublet apartment. Left alone as her husband neglects her for his career, she discovers that the apartment has a violent past. She clings to her sanity as the apartment’s blood soaked past leaks into the present.
