Raiden Revealed for Mortal Kombat X

NetherRealm Studios has announced Raiden for the upcoming Mortal Kombat X.

Just like it wouldn’t be a Mortal Kombat game without Scorpion and Sub-Zero, the thunder god Raiden has been added to the roster of confirmed characters for the new game Mortal Kombat X set for release in 2015 for Playstation 3 and 4, PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Overnight, NetherRealm Studios have released the trailer (seen above) that shows off Raiden’s usual moves, as well as three variants that you can choose from. Storm Lord Raiden creates lightning traps, Thunder God Raiden has a lot of power behind combos and will level his competitors with electrocution, and Displacer Raiden focuses on the utilization of his teleportation abilities.
