Paul Rudd Announced as Ant-Man!

Will be taking on the role of Hank Pym in the new Marvel film.

The Wrap has announced that Paul Rudd is Marvel‘s official choice to play Ant-Man in the upcoming July 31st 2015 film, but no confirmations from Rudd or his agents have been made just yet.

ETA: Marvel Studios has confirmed Paul Rudd as Ant-Man as of December 12.

Edgar Wright will direct using a script he co-wrote with Joe Cornish while Kevin Fiege will be the producer.

The Ant-Man film is supposed to launch “Phase Three” of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it will follow The Avengers: Age of Ultron which will be released on May 1st, 2015. [Source: Comingsoon.net]
