Take another look at Marvel‘s next blockbuster.

If you missed the sneak peeks premiere during Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. last night, don’t worry! We’ve got the clip right here for you. Not only are we getting a better look at the characters that will undoubtedly dominate the summer box office, but some of the actors weigh in on their characters and we get to see some great behind the scenes footage as well.

Marvel‘s Guardians of the Galaxy, which first appeared in comic books in Marvel Super-Heroes, Issue #18 (Jan. 1969) finds space adventurer Peter Quill the object of a bounty hunt after stealing an orb coveted by a treacherous villain. But when Quill discovers the power it holds, he must find a way to rally a quartet of ragtag rivals hot on his trail to save the universe.

Starring Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Zoe Saldana, Lee Pace, Karen Gillan, Benicio del Toro, Michael Rooker, Dave Bautista and more, the film is set to hit theatres on August 1, 2014.
