First Images From Jurassic World

Jurassic World has started filming and we now have some of the first images from the set.

We have all been patiently waiting for a new Jurassic Park movie since the release of the third film in 2001. On September 10th, 2013, Universal Pictures announced that Jurassic World would be released on June 12th, 2015, and fans rejoiced at the news that one of our favorite franchises would be back in theaters. It was also announced that Chris Pratt, Jake Johnson, and Bryce Dallas Howard would be starring in the film.

On April 14th, 2014, principal photography and filming began in Hawaii and we have a few images from the film to show, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly.

The Images do not give anything away, but we do finally get to see the familiar landscape of Isla Nublar (Hawaii) and a nice shot of Bryce Dallas Howard on set as well.

The plot has not yet been released but we are sure about one thing… there will be dinosaurs and many fans also hope to see Jeff Goldblum in the film, no matter how small the cameo.
