Cosplay Top 10: Mass Effect

Cosplay Top 10: Mass Effect

“I’m Commander Shepard and this is my favorite cosplay on the Citadel.”

First released in November, 2007, Mass Effect was a video game that took the gaming world by storm. BioWare, a Canadian company, developed the game that in 2007 Microsoft published before Electronic Arts took over from 2008 to present. GamesRadar called it ‘the best new franchise of the generation’ and since it’s release it has garnered high ratings (such as a whopping 96% on MetaCritic for Mass Effect 2 on Xbox 360) and it’s no wonder that even today we see cosplayers dressed as their favorite characters from the Mass Effect universe.

As always, if you like what you see, artists and photographers have links when applicable so you can follow their work. Sometimes the information on the artist or photographer was unobtainable, but if you recognize a cosplayer or a photo, please let us know in the comments so we can provide proper credit!

“The Collectors, the Reapers. They aren’t a threat to us. They’re a threat to everything. Everyone. Those are the lives we’re fighting for. That’s the scale. It’s been a long journey and no one is coming out without scars. But it all comes down to this moment. We win or lose it all in the next few minutes. Make me proud. Make yourselves proud.” ~ Commander Shepard
