The GCE Introduces Serenitees!
March 25, 2014We wanted to help you look shiny — so we began making tee shirts!
Lets face it. We all go to conventions with some money burning holes in our pockets. Maybe it’s for that special comic book you’ve been looking for. Maybe it’s for autographs. Maybe it’s for some of the thousands of shirts that you can find in the vendor room at conventions. We won’t lie: we have a terrible tee shirt addiction here at the GCE, and that’s exactly why we started Serenitees.
Serenitees isn’t just any old tee shirt shop though; all of our designs are made either by members of our writing staff, or have been submitted by artists looking to see their work in a different medium. They get to make some money and they retain the rights to the design. What’s not to love? (By the way, if you’d like to submit some of your work for a possible future tee shirt, send it to us at admin@geekchicelite.com)
Every month or so we’ll be releasing new designs to our shop that can be found right here! We’ll also have a vote up on our Facebook every so often to help us choose our next tee shirt winner. Right now, you can grab a Game of Thrones inspired tee called Winter is Coming* (pictured below), featuring art from Rock, Paper, Cynic. You’ll also be able to get these shirts at all conventions that we attend where we have a table!
