Kick-Ass 2 Official Trailer!

The much anticipated trailer for Kick-Ass 2 is finally here!

Hitting theatres August 16th, Kick-Ass 2 stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse from the first Kick-Ass movie, and we see Jim Carrey take up the role of Colonel Stars and Stripes, barely recognizable in his masked vigilante role.

After seeing Kick-Ass and his unwavering bravery in the face of danger, others have been inspired to become vigilantes as well, and they are led by the born-again ex-mobster, Colonel Stars and Stripes in a team called Justice Forever. When Chris D’amico AKA Red Mist (Mintz-Plasse) sees the uprising of the vigilantes in the city, he takes it upon himself to hunt them down, taking on his new persona, The Motherfucker.

Mindy, meanwhile, is tackling a new kind of evil–high school. After being busted for sneaking out one night as Hit Girl, she is forced to retire and leaves Dave (Kick-Ass) to fend for himself. With no one to turn to, Kick-Ass joins Justice Forever and as a team they must defeat The Motherfucker and his evil league created to get vengeance on Kick-Ass and Hit Girl for what they did to his father.
