Interview with Covert Affairs Stars Peter Gallagher and Piper Perabo

On Sunday August 25th at Fan Expo, we had the chance to interview Covert Affairs stars Piper Perabo and Peter Gallagher.

Launching into their fourth season tonight on Showcase, Covert Affairs follows Annie Walker (played by Piper Perabo), a young CIA trainee who is sent to work in the Domestic Protection Division. Originally her cover story was that of an Acquisitions worker for the Smithsonian Museum, but this season will see Walker in a whole new light as she takes on a more dangerous cover story.

Peter Gallagher joined the show in season two in the role of Arthur Campbell, a CIA Director of the National Clandestine Service with an extensive history as a field operative.

Our writer Drew had the chance to speak to both Perabo and Gallagher about the show, what it’s like shooting American content in Canada, and what Parabo’s transition from stage to television was like.

Covert Affairs premieres tonight, Wednesday August 28 at 9PM EST.
