First Look at Terminator: Genisys

The upcoming film will be directed by Alan Taylor and written by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier.With this being the fifth movie in theTerminator series. Arnold Schwarzenegger is back in his role as an old T-800, along with Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke, Jai Courtney, Dayo Okeniyi, Courtney B. Vance, Matt Smith, Byung-hun Lee and J. K. Simmons.
The story for the new movie diverged from the original quite a bit with Sarah Connor being raised by raised by Schwarzenegger’s Terminator, an older T-800 she calls “Pops” who much like the Terminator from T2, is programmed to protect rather than kill the Connors.
Now im not sure how the story will play out with John Conner being alive and for that to happen Kyle Reese has to go back in time and “save” Sarah. But with the new Sarah with a mighty protector such as the T-800, I have no idea how that will work out at all.
Regardless of the confusion which is time travel philosophy, check out the images below for the new movie. The film is also set to release on July 1st, 2015.
