The mid-season premiere of Arrow will take to the CW on January 15th, 2014 at 8PM ET/PT with “Blast Radius”. See the promo above!

In other Arrow news, Prison Break star Robert Knepper has been cast as as William Tockman, AKA “Clock King”. The villain first appeared as Green Arrow’s nemesis in Worlds Finest Comics issue #111 in August, 1960. Knepper will make his debut in episode 14.
