47 Ronin Trailer

Adaptation of the classic Japanese tale comes to life.

Now when I say adaptation, I say this loosely.

The original story is about 47 Ronin (masterless samurai) who take revenge for the death of their master. This movie takes that original story and amps it up Hollywood style. In this version there are over the top action scenes, mysical powers, and dragons. So if you are looking for a samurai tale similar to anything by Akira Kurosawa, look elsewhere.

It is directed by Carl Rinsch, and written by Chris Morgan (Fast and Furious) and Hossein Amini (Drive), it also stars Keanu Reeves, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, and Rinko Kikuchi.

The trailer looks action packed and a fun watch.
