New Star Wars: Battlefront in 2015?
August 10, 2013In a not so distant future, we get a new Star Wars game we care about.
In the annual stockholders meeting last week, EA’s CFO Blake Jorgensen dropped some great news about the future of Star Wars: Battlefront.
Jorgensen was noted to say that Battlefront “will most likely come out around the same time that the Star Wars [sequel] movies start to come out, probably in the summer of ’15.”. This game will be developed by DICE, famous for Battlefront and Mirror’s Edge.
The last Star Wars: Battlefront was released in 2005 and sold over 400,000 copies on each the PS2 and Xbox.
