Conan O’Brien set to host 97th Oscars

Conan O’Brien, podcaster, and erstwhile late night host, has been tapped to host the 97th Academy Awards. Happening on Sunday, March 2, at 7 p.m. E.T/4 p.m. P.T., the show features the best and brightest coming together to celebrate the best in film.

Reached through a news release, Conan was thrilled, saying: “America demanded it and now it’s happening: Taco Bell’s new Cheesy Chalupa Supreme. In other news, I’m hosting the Oscars.” This will be O’Brien’s first time hosting the show.
