∴ LEGO Dimensions, due later this year on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U, Xbox One, and Xbox 360, gave us a sneak peak on what the Traveller’s Tale and Warner Bros. game will entail. Scans from the booklet show off Doctor Who- The 12th Doctor, K-9 and the Tardis and Portal 2. The Dimensions game pulls together various characters from the LEGOS video game universe into one.
∴ We posted earlier this week about the 6-minute Supergirl trailer, but DC also pulled an interesting move in the timeslot the show will have on CBS. The show will be showing at 8pm EST on Mondays, the same time DC-show Gotham airs on Fox. The two shows will be competing for ratings.
∴ In more DC television news, DC’s Lucifer is debuting on Fox next year. Lucifer based on the characters in Neil Gaiman, Sam Keith and Mike Dringenberg’s Vertigo series will star Tom Ellis, Lesley Ann Brandt and Lauren German. The show is about Lucifer Morningstar, the retired king of hell’s life in L.A., owning the nightclub Lux and dealing with the murder of a celebrity outside the club.
∴ AMC’s Walking Dead spinoff, Fear the Walking Dead, has officially begun production. AMC celebrated the kickoff this week by sharing a behind-the-scenes video. Executive producers Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Dave Erickson and other members of the team take fans behind the scenes in the production.

∴ The 80’s are alive again with the Jem and the Holograms movie. The trailer was released this week. The movie is set in present day and appears to take a vestigial approach to the original storyline. Watch the trailer here.
∴ He has battled Snakes on a Plane and regularly babysits the Avengers, but now Samuel L. Jackson is heading to a new role in the remake of The Blob. Simon West is bringing back the 1958 classic in which an alien life form terrorizes a small town. The remake has changed the origin of the Blob to be of the Earth’s own creation, coming deep from the Earth’s center.
∴ Kate Beckinsale has signed on the dotted line for the fifth installment of vampire series Underworld. The first Underworld came out in 2003, and the fourth installment, Underworld: Awakening was released n 2013. There is no official title or release date for the film.
∴ As Teenage Mutant Ninjas 2 films, Malcolm in the Middle and The Boondocks actor Gary Anthony Williams has been cast as Bebop. The mutant adversary to the TMNJ will be facing off against Stephen Amell and Megan Fox.
