New CinemaCon Trailer for The Wolverine

The first appearance of Silver Samurai!

The previously unreleased trailer that premiered at CinemaCon offers some new footage of The Wolverine, including a look at how camera angles and techniques were used to dwarf the six foot two inch Hugh Jackman to look more the size of his comic counterpart (who is said to be about five foot three) and how they’ve made Will Yun Lee’s Silver Samurai look massive.

In modern day Japan, Wolverine is out of his depth in an unknown world as he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.

The film will hit theatres July 26 in both 2D and 3D.
