First Official Image from Denis Villeneuve’s ‘Dune’ Are Here
April 13, 2020The first images for Denis Villeneuve’s highly anticipated remake ‘Dune’ have arrived.
Vanity Fair has shared it’s exclusive first image from the film, that being the wide screenshot of actor Timothee Chalamet, who plays Paul Atreides.
“The immediately appealing thing about Paul was the fact that in a story 
of such detail and scale and world-building, the protagonist is on an anti-hero’s journey of sorts,” Chalamet told Vanity Fair. “He thinks he’s going to be sort of a young general studying his father and his leadership of a fighting force before he comes of age, hopefully, a decade later, or something like that.”
Dune’s official Twitter account also updated the film’s logo. The film’s release date is still set for December 18th.
