Channing Tatum Exits “Gambit” Spinoff

The new Marvel film starring Channing Tatum as the mutant Gambit has been put on hold amid Tatum’s decision to drop from the film. The Wrap reported that the star had exited the film as they were testing a female actress to star alongside him in the movie.
Tatum recently appeared in a picture alongside all the other stars of X-Men, Fantastic 4, and Deadpool, giving solid proof that he was going to be involved. But with this recent information it is unclear if Tatum will be returning to star in the film, or he will leave permanently to focus on other projects.
